OPTION 1


Step 1. Access Entities through “Account Settings” by clicking on the Welcome “Your Name” in the top-right corner of the screen then selecting the “Entities” tab or Click the “+ Create/View/Modify Entity” button in the “My Documents" page.




Step 2. Click on the name of the Entity you want to delete, then click “Edit Entity”.


Step 3. Above the Summary form click on the “Remove Entity” button.


Step 4. If you have documents related to this Entity, the system will ask you to associate all documents to anotherEntity. Select the new Entity for all documents. (If not, move to Step 5)


OPTION 2


Step 1. Access Entities through “Account Settings” by clicking on the Welcome “Your Name” in the top-right corner of the screen then selecting the “Entities” tab or Click the “+ Create/View/Modify Entity” button in the “MyDocuments” page.


Step 2. Click on the name of the Entity you want to delete.


Step 3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Remove Entity”.



Step 4. If you have documents related to this Entity, the system will ask you to associate all documents to anotherEntity. Select the new Entity for all documents. (If not, move to Step 5)


Step 5. Click “Delete Entity”. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
