Move a Single Document


Step 1. Open the document you want to move and select the “Move” option directly above the document.


Step 2. Click “Yes” when prompted to confirm moving the document.



Step 3. Next select the category and subcategory, click the “Move” button in the bottom right corner.



Move Multiple Documents


When in a folder you can use the multi-select feature to move more than one document.


Step 1. Click on the check boxes beside the documents you want to move.


Step 2. Click on the “Actions” drop-down button above and choose the “Move” option.



Step 3. When prompted to confirm moving the documents click “Yes”.


Step 4. Next, select the category and subcategory, then click the “Move” button in the bottom right corner
