Depending on what type of folders you are trying to move and your current role you will allow by the system to move the folder.  

Moving personal & business folders

All users can move the subfolders located inside the personal & business folders in a vault. 

Step-by-step guide

Step 1: Right-click on the folder

Step 2: From the Actions menu select "Move"

Level 1 (categories) and Level 2 (subcategories) folders cannot be move by any user.

Step 3: Choose the new location

• Right now, users can only move folders or documents inside other subfolders. Learn more about folder types here.
• Once you select the new location, click on Move

Users cannot move Categories or Subcategories. Folders at a first level are categories (i.e. Accounting, Banking). The second level are subcategories likes (i.e. Accounts, Budget, Personal Finance)

Moving Company folders

• Right now, vault owners, managers and trusted advisors cannot move company folders or documents uploaded by administrative users. 
• Only Administrative users are allowed to move subfolders inside the company folders. Learn more about folders type here.
