How to Download Files and Folders from a Vault

Users can easily download files and folders from a vault, with the ability to download up to 100 files at a time. When downloading multiple files or folders, they will be compressed into a ZIP file.

Quick Download of the Original File:

1. Right-Click Method:

   • Right-click on the file without opening it.
   • Select Download to save the original file.

2. Inside the Document:

   • Open the document.
   • Click the Download button in the right panel.
   • Alternatively, use the Actions menu in the top-right corner and choose Download. Get this same menu by clicking on the arrow next to the path name of the file

Download a PDF Version:

For files like Word, Excel, or PowerPoint that are viewed in the PDF viewer, users can download also get PDF version instead of the original file:

1. Open the document.
2. Hover over the document preview.
3. Click the Download icon.

Note: The file name may be modified during download, but it can be renamed afterward.
