The Digital Vault makes finding documents easy! With our Optical Character Recognition (OCR) search capabilities, you can search for words in both the document name and body, even hand-written notes are searchable. You can also search within specific folders if you have a general idea of where the document is located in the Vault!
To search inside a specific folder, follow these 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Open the folder you wish to search, by double-clicking.
Step 2: Select the search icon in the top ribbon.
Step 3: Type the word or phrase you are looking for and ensure the "Search current folder only" option is selected.
