Our Product and Technical teams have put in time and efforts to introduce a new Two Step activation process that is intuitive, quick and coherent.
Once the user receives the activation email, which will come from FutureVault <noreply@futurevault.com> with the subject: “Company name - Please activate your account”, they need to follow a two step process to activate their vault:
Info! If you do not see the activation email in the inbox, please check your Junk/Spam folder
- Step 1: Copy temporary password and click 'Activate your Account'
- Step 2: Type Temporary Password, set the New Password and click on Submit.

- The activation email will have the temporary password which is required for step 2. You can either write it down temporarily or drag your cursor over the password, right click and copy it.
- Click on Activate Your Account.
Step 2: Type Temporary Password, set the New Password and click on Submit.
- A new page will open 'Finish Activating Your Account' and the email will be prepopulated.
- Password: Paste/Type the Temporary Password from Step 1, then enter your New Password and retype it.
- Check Agree to Terms of Service/Privacy Policy and Click on Submit to log into your new vault.
Warning! Your password must include 8 characters (minimum), one capital letter and one number, and please do not use 3 consecutives numbers (i.e. 111 / 444).
