Managing Entity - New location
To manage entities, you can now click on the settings icon.
Select Entities while Moving Documents
Now you can add or override the default entity while moving documents from the Unfiled section to company or personal folders.
Info! If you have an essential vault or moving documents to a company folder, the default entity will always be tagged. However, you can add other entities.
Override default folder entities while Uploading Documents
Users can now override the default folder entity while uploading a document/documents by selecting the entities that need to be tagged and enabling the Upload Preference toggle button before uploading the document.
