These improvements are designed to streamline administrative tasks, offer more control, and improve the overall user experience for both admins and co-owners.
Deferred Activation Email
One of the most anticipated updates is the ability for admins to create co-owner accounts without immediately sending the activation email. This functionality provides administrators with greater flexibility and control over the onboarding process. Now, admins can set up co-owner accounts and prepare all necessary details before the Co-Owners are notified, ensuring that everything is in place for a seamless activation.
New Co-Owner Management Tab
To further simplify the management of Co-Owners, we have introduced a dedicated tab within the Vault list interface. This new tab is a centralized hub where admins can view and manage all co-owners efficiently. Key features of this tab include:
- Search and Filter Functionality: Admins can easily search for and filter Co-Owners, making it quick to locate specific individuals or groups.
- Status Overview: The tab provides an at-a-glance view of each Co-Owner's status, including whether they have been assigned their own Vault, the status of their activation email, and their last login date.
- Detailed Profile Management: By right-clicking on a Co-Owner's profile, admins can access more detailed information, including a list of Vaults the Co-Owner is part of. This feature enables admins to manage Co-Owner permissions and Vault memberships more effectively.
Adding a Vaults for Co-Owners
Another significant enhancement is the option for Co-Owners to have their own dedicated Vault. This feature acknowledges the need for Co-Owners to manage and access specific information independently while still participating in shared Vault activities. By providing Co-Owners with their own Vaults, we are enabling a more organized and secure method of managing individual and shared data.
