In our most recent product release, we introduce greater administrative capabilities for Head Office Admins on the 3-tier portal experience! Admins can now manage even more aspects of sub-portals, including adding Client Vaults and Administrative Users manually. This update allows for greater flexibility and control in organizing and managing your clients’ Vaults and your teams. Additionally, the portal names will now be displayed in your search list, making it easier to locate specific sub-portals.
New Features Overview
Add Client Vaults
Head Office Admins can now directly add new client Vaults within their sub-portals (under their advisory team groupings, as an example), streamlining the onboarding process and enhancing administrative efficiency. To add new cient Vaults user have two options:Right-Click on the Portal name (the Advisor Team, as an example) and select 'Add New Vault'.
Double-click on the Portal (the Advisor Team, as an example) to see the Client's Vault. On the right-corner of the submenu, click on 'Add New Vault'.
Manage Administrative Users for Sub-Portals
Along with easily adding new client Vaults manually within sub-portals for advisors and advisor teams, Head Office Admins can also assign and manage Administrative Users from sub-portals, ensuring the right people have the right access at the right time. To add new Admin Users, you have two options:Right-click on the Portal name (Advisor/Advisor Team Name) and select Add New User.
Click on 'See Details' to Add New Users.
Edit Portal Name
Update the name of any sub-portal inside your system. Click Details, update the name and click 'Update'.Custom Head Office Admin Permissions
Admin access to create new client Vaults and manage users within sub-portals can also be further customized. You can set this feature for specific Head Office Admins by editing their overall user permissions. This ensures flexibility in delegating tasks while maintaining security and proper access control across your organization.
