Enhanced Client Management for Admins in 3-Tier Portals

Admin users can now manage client details in vaults under sub-portals more efficiently! With enhanced options like editing profiles, sending activation emails, and manual vault activation or deactivation, streamline your client management today!

Admins with the appropriate permissions can now access a suite of management tools to streamline their operations.

How to Use the Enhanced Client Management Feature:

  • Admins can simply right-click on Client Vaults to access management actions.
  • Available Actions:
    • Edit Profile: Modify client profiles and information within FutureVault including names, emails (if the status is still 'Created' or 'Invited'), reference numbers, and more.
    • Convert Vault type
    • Package
    • History
    • Send Activation Email: Trigger an activation email to the client to help them access their vault.
    • Manual Activation/Deactivation: Admins can manually activate or deactivate the vault as needed.

These direct client management capabilities enable Admins in 3-tier portals to manage Client Vaults more efficiently, ensuring that client information is accurate and up to date. Utilize these new capabilities to enhance your workflow and client management processes.
