Users with Essentials Vaults can now once again view their unique inbound email address directly within the Unfiled section.
What this means:
- You can easily locate the inbound email address used to send documents into your vault
- Restores expected behaviour for document intake workflows
- No additional configuration required
2️⃣ File Transfer (Copy/Move) Functionality Fixed
We resolved an issue where transferring files between vaults could fail or behave inconsistently when selecting a destination vault.
What this means:
- You can now reliably select a destination vault
- File transfers (copy or move) complete successfully
- Improved stability when distributing documents across vaults
3️⃣ Dashboard Filtering by Tiers Corrected
The Dashboard now correctly applies filters based on tiers (e.g., Corporate, Sub-Portal, Client Vaults).

- Data displayed aligns accurately with the selected tier
- Improved reporting accuracy for administrative users
- Better visibility into vault activity across your structure
4️⃣Enhanced Look & Feel (UI Improvements)
We’ve introduced subtle visual enhancements to improve navigation and responsiveness across the platform.

5️⃣Extended Session & “Remember Me” Improvements
We’ve improved how sessions are maintained to reduce unnecessary logins while maintaining security.
What this means:
- “Remember Me” now lasts up to 30 days per device
- Extended session inactivity timing, so you stay logged in longer during normal use
- You won’t need to log in repeatedly unless:
- You explicitly log out
- Your session is forcefully terminated (e.g., admin/security action)
- Your browser cookies or cache are cleared
